With a background that bridges law, research, and client service, Georgia Litle offers a level of advocacy and strategic thinking that sets her apart in today’s real estate market. Before entering real estate, Georgia practiced as a transactional attorney and served as a financial consultant for large corporations. She developed an eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of contracts, property issues, and client advocacy.
In addition to her legal background, Georgia pursued a PhD with a focus on public policy, honing her ability to analyze complex information, understand local and regional dynamics, and communicate persuasively. This academic training complements her real estate practice, allowing her to guide clients with data-driven insights and practical judgment.
